I used love Bojangles. No more fast food for me! Their employees are lacking communication skills, manners and smiles. We went there two days in a row. Both days they got are orders wrong. One time okay. Twice, No No! And the food orders were lacking food. Chicken fingers 2. Fries half full. Even the drinks were wrong. And no smiles,
Either stay away!

Most unpleasant experience. I stopped for salad, but they left off the cucumbers. They were out! When I said I wanted my money back, the worker looked like she could kill me! I just walked out.
I was shorted 2 chicken thighs in a tailgate special, didn’t realize it until I was home. I called them, they were very apologetic and put me down for a free 2 piece dark meat dinner next time I return.
