I found Paul to be compassionate and extremely responsive to calls and emails. We just lost our daughter, our first. Paul washed the blood off the hat and outfit she was wearing at the hospital when he picked her up. He provided those to us. He provided a small infant urn with what appears to be a hand etched butterfly. This funeral home deserves much more than 5 stars. They see you and those you love as people not a business.
This is one of the best funeral homes Paul an his staff are so kind an comforting there main concern is taking some stress of the family of the deceased. My family have had to go to him twice with no insurance an not much money but each time that never made him turn his back an shut the doors on us he did everything he could do to help us an each time I must say he did an awesome job I Love Paul for the person he is an his feelings for other people not many in his line of business will say let's talk business an we will deal with your money later do you know the stress an pressure that will take off of a person Hope Valley is whom I've chosen for my final expense I trust Hope Valley completely with my remains even thou it won't be anytime soon I hope but there great to work with.
