After speaking with Glen we were able to replace the damaged tire at a cost of $129.04 he did give us a warranty for all 4 tires. I'm happy this has been resolved and my sister has safe tires, I would have liked for this to have been offered from the beginning of today.

Don't Trust These People With Your Money as They Will Not Respect You or Your Loved Ones Safety!
Dishonest. I went to just get brakes fixed..Told me that something was wrong with my vehicle that wasn't. I got a second opinion and realized that they were just trying to get over on me. It's been over 2 years and my vehicle is still running great. I may be a woman but I'm not that gullible.
I purchased tires for my sisters car in January of this year and WAS NOT offered Any kind of Warranty with these tires! One of the tires needed to be replaced today due to a faulty wall which i researched and found to be a factory defect. The store refused to replace the tire or discount it for that matter as mounting is standard with tire purchases. The sales man admitted to not offering us a warranty! I've bought tires from Black's many times for trucks, cars, and trailers but this will be my absolute last time speaking to them!
Terrible customer service in the store and unexperienced/untrained employees accompanied by a terrible corporate customer service makes for a bad experience.
