I used to take all 3 of my Toyota vehicles here for any kind of service that they needed. However, after it changed from Go Toyota, to Deacon Jones Toyota, I have seen multiple changes for the absolute worst. I had bought a full set of tires while it was Go Toyota and had them mounted and balanced for a reasonable price. Just recently, I had to purchase another tire due to a flat that I had gotten at work. I took only the wheel and tire in a separate vehicle and asked them to only put the new tire on the wheel and put back in my car. The service price to only put on that single tire ran me over half of what it took to mount and balance a Full set of tires earlier last year. Not, only that, but they charged me for almost the same amount of labor. There is no need for them to have charged me 50 minutes to put on a single tire when it took them under an hour previously to mount and balance a full set. After discussing the matter with an actually friendly face upfront, they only decided to give me a $15 credit. I will not be returning to Deacon Jones unless I have no other choice. It's a shame, because it used to be a totally different atmosphere there.
I always take my car there for service, Mike is totally customer service oriented, like other people said, is a not pressure to buy a car, I have bought 2 cars there, just tell them how much I want to pay and that's it's, I get what I need and I love my Toyota's, the only reason I am not going anymore is because we move out and now is to far for me to drive there.
